Dan and Scarlet open the episode with an Astrology and Tarot forecast for the week of October 28 to November 3, 2019, followed by a very special Halloween storytelling episode, Ghosts in the Garden. Over the course of two Sundays, we threw a two part campfire event in the back yard of Hostel Earphoria, a DIY arts collective in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago, where attendees shared their spookiest paranormal stories. This episode is a compilation of some of the scariest stories that were recorded over the two nights. Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to this great event! Technology is a choice. A tool. Not a necessity for survival. The occult community has survived for decades or even centuries without it.
Embrace community without the anchor of electronics. Be human. It can be. If you try it can grow. I’ve practiced for forty years without the internet. Sometimes alone. But I’ve made lifetime friends and met my mentors along the way.
Let go of your electronically controlled life and embrace reality again before you forget how.
